Anderson is Brazilian, from Sao Paulo, now living in Manhattan. His love for preparing good food started at the knees of his mother and grandmothers in their kitchen. He has been cooking professionally for a decade, working for many top restaurants in Brazil and Manhattan.

"From the earliest age, I learned that good cooking is a product of concentration, commitment, and of course love!" When not in the kitchen, Anderson enjoys deep sea fishing, Judo, and has played the drums since he was 9 years old. He is fluent in five languages and has an art degree from Parsons College in NYC.

Jennifer has made New York City her home for the past 13 years. She has always had a fascination and love for food, but moving to the city enhanced her curiosity and passion to become a chef. In many ways, cooking, blending the right ingredients to make delicious food is symbolic of Manhattan.

All the flavors are here, in one gigantic city that breathes amazing and diverse food, its hard to find a taste this city doesn't have or cant get". Jennifer has a degree from Institute of Culinary Education and has attended New York University. Outside of the kitchen, she enjoys writing, fishing, learning to fly, and spending time with her wonderful family.

Jennifer and Anderson are a married couple who met in the basement kitchen where Jens best friend from culinary school worked with Anderson. They knew almost immediately that they wanted to spend the rest of their lives together and eventually own their own restaurant. Their cooking styles compliment each other, and they share singular goal. To passionately prepare delicious food that will make people come back again and again. Cooking in Virgin Gorda is realizing their dream, in one of the most beautiful and welcoming places in the world. They also live with their yellow lab, Mimi, who you may see chasing roosters on the beach from time to time.
